At the same time, Indeed offers an alternative model for funding and promoting job ads with the objective of achieving greater fairness and faster results for recruiters.
The Lucid Agency is engaged to produce content that’s designed to distinguish Indeed from other job search engines in the market, showcasing Indeed’s depth of know-how and raising awareness of its alternative model for advertising job roles.
We work closely with Indeed’s internal communications team to shape brand content which targets existing and prospective job advertising customers and Australian job seekers. This is achieved by using our nimbleness to create content that’s suitable for a broad range of channels (both paid and owned) – adapting the style, tone, and angle according to the audience.
On a mission for generating engaging, thought-provoking and newsworthy content, Lucid has analysed and crunched the numbers of research data for compelling insights, conducted interviews with customers and key talent within the business to create engaging story angles, insightful resources, and cut-through publicity.
Lucid has been engaged to create a series of whitepapers focusing on employment issues following an Indeed/YouGov survey. Taking charge of the project from conceptualisation to content development, Lucid analysed the raw data to illicit key insights before crafting compelling narratives under several themes relating to diversity, inclusion, and belonging in the workplace.
Lucid has created monthly articles to be published as part of a 12-month sponsored content program in partnership with a major Australian media outlet. The project was recognised as a success for its ability to engage and generate discussion among the jobseeker crowd.
To support PR activities, Lucid has produced a series of thought-leadership media bylines that have earned unpaid placements in several widely read online business publications. Lucid has also created a variety of blogs for the Indeed online platform and social channels, from top tips and survey results to case studies and seasonal themed articles involving valued Indeed customers. Using a selection of Indeed surveys, Lucid has helped to shape newsworthy angles and compelling content for press releases.
